  • Single component, water white thin liquid with excellent capillary action. It canpenetrate without pressure or vaccum, finest void, crack porosity under its own head and cured to a fine resinous mass.
  • Simple brush application.
  • Spray and dip system also possible.
  • This material can be applied in combination with Poly Steel, Poly Aluminum, Bronze, NC Poly Metal and can withstand 2000 C and pressure of 25 Kg/cm2 simultaneously.
  • All big and heavy casting like compressor body, engine cylinder, pump body, valves, die cast parts can be repaired.
  • Cracks in any metal surface like engine cylinder, cylinder head, compressor body etc.

  • Non-machinable ceramic filled fibre reinforced adhere to almost all surfaces and highly useful when corrosion and erosion is encountered.
  • Versatile to repair any metal in corrosion and acidic area.
  • To get optimum result these can be used combined with W.R. & Microbead compound also.
  • Chemical pump casing, impeller, glass lined vessels, propeller
    blade of a ship, acid spill over area, where erosion and corrosion is
    faced/encountered due to acid etc.
  • Used in place of rubber lining / teflon lining to get more life If erosion is encountered.

  • Ceramic balls silicone carbide filled solid system, Combat erosion from particle size of 3 to 6 mm to persist heavy abrasion with corrosion in any equipment in the plant.
  • Hard to mix but easy to apply.
  • 100 % solution against abrasion.
  • To get optimum result these can be used combined with poly ceramic compound, liquid & fibreglass tape.
  • Contoured centrifuge parts where ceramic lining cannot be applied for handling coal, hopper slurry, etc.
    For repair of centrifuges (screw type), i.d. fans, pneumatic conveying elbows, slurry pump casing, hopper, chute, inlet side of the ball mill, cyclone separator, ceramic lined bends etc.
